Belt line operation

Before the operation of the belt assembly line, it is necessary to confirm that the belt line equipment, personnel and transported items are in a safe and sound state. Secondly, check the normal movement of all parts without foreign bodies, check whether all electrical lines are normal, normal belt line into operation. Check that the difference between the power supply voltage and the rated voltage of the device is no more than ±5%.

In belt line operation, the following operations must be performed:

1. Turn on the main power switch to check whether the device is powered on properly and whether the power indicator is on. Go to the next step.

2. Switch on the power switches of each circuit to check whether the circuit is normal. In normal state, the equipment does not work, the belt line running indicator light is not on, the power indicator light of the inverter and other equipment is on, and the display panel of the inverter is normal (no fault code is displayed).

3. Start each electrical device in turn according to the process flow. Start the next electrical device after the previous electrical device starts normally (the motor or other devices have reached normal speed and status).

In the operation of the belt line, the provisions of the design of the goods to be transported must be observed, and the design capability of the belt line must be observed. Secondly, we should pay attention to all kinds of personnel shall not touch the belt line of the moving part, non-professionals shall not be free to contact electrical components, control buttons, etc.. In the belt line operation, the back stage of the frequency converter can not be disconnected. If the maintenance needs are determined, it must be carried out under the condition of stopping the frequency conversion operation, otherwise the frequency converter may be damaged.

When the belt line stops running, press the stop button to cut off the total power supply after the system stops completely.
